Ftt77 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Definitions and Scope of Agreement

"ftt77", "we", "Platform" or "company" refers to the operator of the online betting platform accessible via ftt77.org and its associated mobile apps. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any individual who registers and uses ftt77's services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ftt77 and you regarding the use of all services, games, promotions and other features offered through our platform. This Agreement takes effect from the date you register a ftt77 account or the date you first use any of our services, whichever is earlier.

The scope of this agreement covers:

• Use of the ftt77 website, mobile app and all digital platforms

• All financial transactions including deposits and withdrawals

• Customer support services and communications with ftt77

2User Eligibility

To be eligible to use ftt77 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ftt77 performs age verification during the registration process and reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time.
• Location: You must access the platform from a jurisdiction where the use of such services is not prohibited by applicable local laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• Non-Employee: You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any ftt77 employee.

Ftt77 reserves the right at any time to verify user eligibility and to suspend or close any account that fails to meet these eligibility requirements without prior notice.

3Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address and banking information for withdrawal purposes.

• Each user is only permitted one active account. Duplicate accounts under the same individual will be frozen and all balances and bonuses will be cancelled.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ftt77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact our customer support immediately.
• Ftt77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) including copies of an ID card, passport, bank statement or other supporting documents before processing any withdrawal or releasing any bonus.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee of RM10, or as otherwise stipulated at the time, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Ftt77 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the platform's deposit page and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawal requests that have met the wagering requirements will be processed within the specified timeframe depending on your membership tier.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, to prevent money laundering.
• Ftt77 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is completed, particularly for withdrawals exceeding the specified limit.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds through a method different from the original deposit or via a third-party account will be rejected and may trigger a further investigation.
• Deposited funds are for betting purposes only and may not be transferred to other users on the platform.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Ftt77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses and a VIP program. All offers are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements specified individually for each promotion.

• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal containing bonus funds is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is granted once per new user and cannot be reclaimed once used or expired.
• Ftt77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to users.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging, multi-account coordination or other methods deemed unfair by ftt77 will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash and must be used in eligible games in accordance with each promotion's terms.
• Promotions offered through third-party channels not recognized by ftt77 will not be honored.

6Game Rules

All games offered at ftt77 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited by a recognized certification body. This ensures every game outcome is random, unpredictable and cannot be manipulated by any party, including ftt77 itself.

• Game results displayed on screen are final and may not be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection or software error during gameplay, ftt77 will use server records to determine the actual outcome of the bet in question.
• Accepted bets cannot be cancelled once a game has started, except under special circumstances such as a server disruption on ftt77's end.
• Ftt77 reserves the right to void any bet if there is evidence of manipulation, software bug exploitation or any unauthorized activity.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface and must be observed.

7Accepted User Conduct

Ftt77 users are expected to act in a responsible, honest and respectful manner toward other users and our staff at all times. The following are strictly prohibited on the ftt77 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to play or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other users to exploit games or the bonus system
• Using false information or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification
• Posting obscene, offensive, threatening, or unlawful content on any ftt77 communication channel
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or undermine the security of ftt77's systems
• Using the ftt77 platform for any money laundering or illegal activity financing

8Account Closure and Suspension

Ftt77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud or at the request of relevant authorities.

• Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through customer support. All valid balances will be returned once the verification process is complete.
• For accounts closed due to a terms violation, ftt77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with the violating activity.
• Users whose accounts are closed due to fraud or abuse are prohibited from re-registering using the same identity, device or payment information.
• A self-exclusion program for responsible gaming is also available. Once self-exclusion is activated, ftt77 will not allow the user to reopen their account until the specified period has ended.

9ftt77 Liability Limits

Ftt77 provides online wagering services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep our platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, server disruptions, or other issues beyond our control.

• Ftt77 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, or actions by authorities.
• Ftt77's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Ftt77 is not liable for any indirect losses, business losses, data loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

11Intellectual Property

• Unauthorized use of the ftt77 trademark name, logo or marketing materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide to ftt77 may be used by us to improve the platform without any obligation to compensate you.

12Dispute Resolution

Should any dispute arise regarding your use of the ftt77 platform, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and transparently within a reasonable timeframe.

• All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the disputed incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
• Ftt77 will provide an initial response within 48 business hours and will endeavor to resolve each complaint within 14 business days.
• If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you may refer the dispute to a recognized independent mediation body in accordance with the established procedures.
• This agreement is governed by applicable law and any legal proceedings shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction.
